The real estate site for the Knox News Sentinel was designed by a colleague on staff at Scripps and was subsequently used as the wireframe for real estate sites at fourteen other newspaper properties.

The initial design work was done by a colleague at Scripps and I did the majority of the slicing, XHTML, CSS and Django templating for the Knox News site. The XHTML, CSS and Django templates were then carried over with minor style alterations for use at the other properties.

The property listings are from a third-party vendor and delivered via iFrame (not ideal, I know). The rest of the site is 100% custom from the ground up and the real estate agents, agencies, neighborhoods and schools are supplied by the Ellington backend.
